Return & Refund Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 40 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address​.We offers no exchange before sending your article back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions has been correctly satisfied.The item you wish to return:

  • Must be unused and not damaged;
  • Must be returned completed of all of its parts and accessories;
  • Must be shipped back to Gcontrollers within five (5) days of the date of return claim;
  • Must be sent in its original packaging;
  • Must be sent in one single shipment; articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

If all of the above conditions are satisfied, you can contact us at contact@gcontrollers.com to apply for a return and refund. All returns must first be authorized by our support team prior to return, otherwise you will not proceed. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost of the items. Please make sure all return packages are trackable. We cann’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transmit.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of returned items. You refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our site. 

If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credits to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associate with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
